Before any recording or data contribution, contributors are told how their data will be used and must agree in writing or electronically.
Purpose
Contributions are used to train, test and improve AI systems for our clients, as described in each project.
Anonymisation
Where possible, personal identifiers are removed or separated from the data shared with clients.
Withdrawal
Contributors may contact us to withdraw consent for future use where technically and contractually possible.
